INFOTAME CORPORATION ADDS A NEW USER

Los Gatos, CA, October 1, 2001. InfoTame Corporation, a leading supplier of Analytics for Business IQ™ software solutions, announced today that it signed an agreement with Federal Fiscal Service (FFS) of Russian Federation for installation of InfoTame enterprise edition (ITee), release 2.5, information analytics software. The contract with FFS was executed by Galaktika Corporation of Russia, which handles all sales and support activities in the countries of the former USSR where the ITee product is marketed under the trade name "Galaktika-ZOOM". InfoTame's VP of Business Development, Dirk Wenzel, commented on the order: "This contract brings to 14 the number of customers in this region of the world, where the first ITee product based on this technology was developed in 1999 and commercially introduced in 2000. The order again validates usefulness of InfoTame's unique technology for a broad variety of tasks requiring analysis of vast amounts of text-based documents."

ANOTHER TV BROADCAST COMPANY SELECTS INFOTAME SOFTWARE

InfoTame Corporation, a leading supplier of Analytics for Business IQ™ software solutions, announced today that it has signed an agreement with yet another TV company in Russia, "Mir", for installation of InfoTame enterprise edition (ITee) information analytics software. Galaktika Corporation of Russia, which handles all sales and support activities in the CIS countries where the ITee product is marketed under the trade name "Galaktika-ZOOM", has executed the agreement.

Dirk Wenzel, InfoTame's VP of Business Development, said about the order: "We now have installations with most of the major Russian TV and Radio companies, and are anticipating to have the remaining few to sign on as InfoTame's customers in the next several months. DIRK WENZEL JOINS INFOTAME AS VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Vladimir Starov, InfoTame's President and CEO greeted the new addition to the management team: "I would like to welcome Dirk to InfoTame and am very excited about his decision to join the management team. Dirk brings a very solid business-development background, combined with broad knowledge of the enterprise software market, our partners, and our Global 2000 customers."

Dirk has over ten years of experience in business development, information technology solutions, business process optimization, and large-scale software implementations in senior management positions. Dirk has led major projects across multiple industries for integrated package implementations, e-commerce, and business processes in supply chain, planning, procurement and financial integration areas. During his tenure as an executive at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young LLC, Dirk established productive relationships with software vendors and alliance partners. He led internal initiatives and client projects in business development and software implementations, account management, and change management. Prior to Ernst & Young in the US, Dirk was with SAP AG in Germany where he performed multiple full life-cycle R/3 System implementations. He is a graduate of the University of Mannheim, Germany, with a Masters degree in Computer Science and Economics.

INFOTAME CORPORATION IS ESTABLISHED IN LOS GATOS, CA; NAMES VLADIMIR STAROV CHAIRMAN AND CEO

Los Gatos, CA, May 5, 2001. Dr. Vladimir Starov of Los Gatos, CA and Galaktika Corporation, a major ERP software supplier in the CIS countries, announced today forming InfoTame Corporation, a California company dedicated to development and worldwide marketing of Analytics for Business IQ™ software solutions. The core technology for the already developed product, InfoTame enterprise edition (ITee), was first developed by Galaktika in 1999 and commercially introduced in April 2000 under the trade name "Galaktika-ZOOM".

By establishing InfoTame, Galaktika has agreed to assign all intellectual property rights in the technology to InfoTame Corporation. Galaktika will continue to handle all sales and support activities of the information analytics software in Eastern Europe and in the CIS countries.

Simultaneously, Dr. Vladimir Starov has been appointed CEO and Chairman of the Board of the newly formed company. Vladimir brings to InfoTame over 20 years of high-tech management experience with both start-ups and established corporations, starting his career at AT&T Bell Labs in Murray Hill, NJ where he worked in 1980-85. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Kharkov University (1974) and received a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from Brandeis University in Massachusetts (1980). He has lived in the United States for 26 years and has been a US citizen for over 20 years.
